Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
By using the ROXSBROH Exchanges Portal or starting a purchase request for products on the Portal, you accept the terms of this Policy as is. If you disagree with these terms, you are advised not to transact on Roxsbroh.com.
Please be advised that there may be instances where the terms governing your return, refund, or cancellation of an order for products on Roxsbroh.com may be subject to change. It is recommended that each time you access the portal, you review the policy to ensure a clear understanding of the applicable terms and conditions.
- We provide exchanges and returns within 7 days following the date of delivery. Upon acceptance of your exchange or return request by our team, a notification will be sent to your registered email, and your order will be collected by our logistics partner within a logistics timeframe.
- We offer a one-time exchange, so please ensure you select the correct size. We will arrange for a reverse pickup, after which you will need to coordinate with the courier company. We will make two attempts to collect your order. Should the courier partner be unable to collect your shipment, you will be responsible for returning it to our warehouse and You will have to bear the charges for it. The process of arranging a reverse pick-up is contingent upon the availability of our service in your area.
- Please be aware that once your order has been received at our warehouse, it will undergo a thorough quality check. Following approval of this check, your exchange or return request will be processed further.
- It is estimated that the delivery of all exchange queries will occur within a 7 days period.
- In the event that the size of the requested exchange cannot be fulfilled due to stock availability, we will ensure that the exchange is made for another product. Alternatively, you will be issued a store credit, which can be used at one of our three stores or on your subsequent online purchase.
- For all returned orders, refunds will be issued in the form of a Store Credit, Discount Coupon once the quality control of the product has been approved. This credit note will be sent to your registered email address.
- Please ensure that you return the product(s) in the condition they were shipped. Should the products are returned in poor condition or visibly damaged, we will not proceed with your exchange or return request.
- Should any issues persist, we kindly request that you email us your name and order ID to support@Roxsbroh.com. Our team is available Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM. We will address all pending queries with the highest priority, aiming to resolve them within 24 hours. But it might be delayed by 1 to 2 days. Please be patient.
- It is important to note that orders placed on credit are final. We do not offer cancellations or refunds. Refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit, equivalent to the selling price or marked retail price (MRP), which is valid for use within a period of three months. Store credits are non-refundable and can only be redeemed at our physical stores or online store. Shipping charges are non-refundable as well, Only the amount of the product are refundable.
Exchange/Return of Products:
You may request an exchange or return if:
- The product does not fit.
- Both the product and its shipping package are damaged.
- The product is defective.
- Parts of the product or accessories are missing ( Free Gifts & Freebies not included ).
Conditions Required for Return:
- The product has not been used, cleaned, or tampered with by the customer.
- The brand tags, original packaging materials, and any accompanying accessories are in their original condition, unaffected by damage, alteration, or disposal by the customer.
- The product remains unmodified, excluding any defects attributable to the vendor.
- The return is initiated based on the purchase order, and the product is verified to match our records.
- There are no unpleasant odors, perfumes, stains, dents, scratches, tears, or damages to the product.
- If purchased as a set, all items must be returned as a complete assembly.
- The returned products must be in an unused, undamaged, unwashed, and marketable condition.
- We confirm that the product has not suffered any defects or becomes unusable.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
In which conditions you can't Return the t-shirt ? or consider a t-shirt as a damaged product ?
- If there is any stain on the T-shirt which will go away after washing.
- If there is any minimal stain or other minimal color ink marks at the puff print.
- In case the t-shirt has been worn or washed.
- If the tags, labels or security seals have been removed or tampered with.
- If there are any visible signs of damage or alteration.
- If the return policy specifies that t-shirts are non-refundable or final sale.
- If the t-shirt was purchased as part of a clearance or discounted promotion.
- If the Free Gifts is missing or damaged in the box you not able to claim the exchange or refund for the product. It's subject of availablity.
We reserve the right to reject the exchange/return request for a product if it does not satisfy the aforementioned conditions.
